We employ about 160 workers at our locations throughout Milwaukee. About 73 percent of our employees are minority.  Nearly 65 percent live in the city of Milwaukee.  Many walk or take the bus to work.

We are also proud of our low turnover rate.  We have many long-term employees who have been with us for 10, 15, 25 years.

We are located within the inner city of Milwaukee and have made significant investments in improving and beautifying our community.

We have also experienced strength over the last 9 years that we are very proud of. Since our merger in February of 2003, we have grown from 30 employees and 3 plants to 160 employees and 6 plants in the city of Milwaukee, with sales offices in Minneapolis, Detroit, Louisville, and Boston.
