United Milwaukee Scrap Merges with Schulz’s Recycling, Inc.

Milwaukee, Wis. – Oct. 2, 2013 — United Milwaukee Scrap, LLC (UMS) announced today that it has merged its operations with Schulz’s Recycling, Inc. of Merrill, Wis., creating a new company with eight locations across Wisconsin, with additional offices in Minneapolis and Boston. In addition to the expanded geographic footprint provided by the merger, the combination of the two firms broadens the availability of resources for both company’s customers. Jeff Isroff, the current president of Schulz’s Recycling, will assume the role of CEO for the combined company. The two companies will retain the name of their respective businesses.
